Tiger Point Golf Club near Pensacola: A Jerry Pate-designed gem on the waters of the Santa Rosa Sound
GULF BREEZE, Fla. -- Jerry Pate, who grew up playing golf in the area, designed the 18-hole course at Tiger Point Golf Club.
Located near Pensacola, on the Santa Rosa Sound, the course brings the challenge with water in play on 14 holes. Still, with six sets of tees on each hole, Tiger Point is suitable for all handicaps. Tiger Point has even hosted numerous pro tournaments.
Tiger Point sits just 20 minutes from Pensacola and approximately 40 minutes from the Naval Air Station Pensacola.
